      To my honored father John Watts an annuity of ?12 for life charged on my leasehold messuage called the Mount Alehouse in Upper Mount Street.
      To my brother John Watts ?20. To my wife's sister Martha Prior a mourning ring. To Mr. Richard Sarjeant Snr of Union Street 5 guineas.
      To my beloved wife Mary Watts the use but not the propery of all my household goods for life if she continues my widow. The rents and issues of all my messuages tenements houses securities for money, estate & effects to my wife Mary for her life provided that she continue my widow.
      And after the death or marriage of my wife such of my children who are then living to be equally divided between them. I appoint my wife Mary Watts and the said Richard Sarjeant as executors. Signed & sealed 8 March 1783. Witnessed by Timy Jennings, Edwd Lovelock.
      CODICIL Thomas Watts of Boston Lane parish of Ealing, Middx., gent late of Mount Street, parish of St. George Hanover Square. Revokes the ?20 given to his beloved brother John Watts as I have since otherways provided for him by giving him a part of the business etc.
      I appoint Mr Richard Whitman of Isleworth, Midd. as joint executor with my dear and beloved wife. To each of the 4 sons now living of my son George, ?100 stock in 3% Consuls after the death of my wife. To my dear granddaughter Mary Watts ?300 in stock in 3% Consuls after the decease of my wife.
      To my beloved sister Elizabeth Saunders ?5. To Mrs. Hannah Brown now residing with me a mourning ring. To my joint executor the said Richard Whitman ?5. Signed & sealed 24 June 1811.
